A Human Resources Supervisor coordinates and implements department agenda and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

What will I be doing?

 

 Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Taking an active role on the contributing to the business and HR agenda.Supporting all business functions in terms of human resources management.Follow-up the financial and administrative month end reportsManage and control payroll and entity processAssisting and consulting team members about Human Resources issues.Coordinating implementation of policies and strategies.Ensuring compliance with corporate and hotel Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as labor law, rules, and regulations.Establishing, coordinating all functions of the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.Organizing HR activities, improving and implementing HR programs.Responsible for Social Responsibility Projects & focus on Team members' well-being

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions – preferred at least 3 years’ experience in Executive or Supervisory position.Energetic and Motivated, positive personality approachGood command of EnglishExcellent communication and people skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externallyExcellent grooming standardsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on their own or in teams
