• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and participate in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes to fulfill hiring requirements & support workforce planning. • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate or deliver employee development programs. • Benefits Administration: Develop and manage employee benefit plans/programs and implement and coordinate with providers. • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers with employee evaluations. • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, coordinate welfare events and foster a positive workplace environment; Champion employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and consistently applied. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. • Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management as needed. • Workforce Planning & Management: Support business leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels.
