Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist will maintain the core administrative functions within the Human Resources department for AGS Philippines by fully participating in the timely and effective management of workflow.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for owning projects and key deliverables, basic research for ad hoc projects, reporting, new hire onboarding, communications, and other critical HR projects and processes. The HR Administrator must conduct all aspects of the job with the appropriate level of confidentiality and sensitivity to employees and organizational data.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for storing documents carefully, updating AGS's internal SharePoint site, and working closely with the TAP team (internal recruitment) and other functions within AGS.

Key Responsibilities

Support all administrative functions with the HR departmentOnboarding, Offboarding, People ChangesUpdate HR systems, SharePoint sites, and ensure accurate records managementAnswer employee inquiries about benefits, pay, verifications, and HR processes & procedures within the specified guidelinesServe as liaison between HR and the TAP team and assist with onboarding corporate new hiresComply with ongoing industry regulations, HR Laws, and internal complianceAssist with the coordination and facilitation of new employee training and employee development initiativesAssist with the exit interview process and reportingOther adhoc tasks

QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in HR operations/administrationStrong Operations/Admin backgroundImpeccable attention to detailProcess oriented (can find ways to improve/streamline processes)Strong communication skills and able to engage with stakeholdersKnowledge and ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and Communication skillsAccurate and Detail-orientedAble to maintain a high level of professionalism to handle confidential informationAble to effectively organize and prioritize various tasksAble to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines, and meet targetsAction-oriented, takes initiative in making things happenOvercome obstacles and achieve results that have a positive impact on the organization
