Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be part of the HR Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25-30/hr

What's the Job?

Support full cycle recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Administer and interpret corporate guidelines for benefits and compensation. Conduct HR presentations and training sessions for employees. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national employment laws. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and manage payroll-related information.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management preferred. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
