What You'll Do

At BCG, people are at the center of evertything we do We are looking for an HR Senior Specialist who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations for our Monterrey and Mexico City offices. You will work closely with employees, leadership, and regional HR partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

 

This is a broad, hands-on HR role that offers exposure across multiple HR disciplines and the opportunity to grow as an HR professional. You will be involved in the development, deployment and retention of the best talent in the market; and will cover a variety of tasks, including: employee onboarding, policy definition and interpretation, leaves of absence processes, mobility coordination, departure materials, benefits & compensation administration, maintaining employee files, HR communications, and general employee relations.

 

Key responsibilities

 

HR Operations and Systems

Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and integrityPrepare regular HR reports and conduct system auditsEnsure compliance with internal policies and processes

Benefits & Leave Administration

Act as the main point of contact for employee benefits questionsCoordinate with local insurance brokers and benefits providers, and manage end-to-end benefits processesAdminister leaves of absence (parental, disability, personal, flex time, etc.) 

Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, including benefit trainingManage employee files and ensure completion of compliance trainingsLead offboarding and career transition processes, including exit conversationsServe as a key HR contact for new joiners and BCG alumni

Mobility & Immigration

Partner with staffing and global mobility teams to coordinate transfers, BCG mobility programs, and local and international secondmentsCoordinate Mexican immigration processes, with key focus on employment authorization/visas and invitation letters for foreign staff - in partnership with global and regional immigration teamsEnsure required systems and documentation are up to date for mobility and immigration processes

Employee Relations

Advise employees and leaders on HR policies, benefits, and workplace mattersSupport a positive office experience and address employee relations topics as needed

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a professional services or high-touch environmentStrong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skillsTact, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood judgement, high integrity, and discretion with confidential informationComfortable working independently and collaborating across teamsAdaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in an evolving, global organization
