**Human Resources Partner - VIE Contract**

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Lead and coordinate HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks.
+ Establish and monitor project KPIs, risks, and dependencies, create and maintain project documentation and status reporting.
+ Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making.
+ Track and report on HR project portfolio performance and health, and maintain project portfolio dashboard and metrics, and support budget tracking and resource optimization.
+ Develop and maintain HR project management methodologies and templates while ensuring quality standards and best practices across HR projects.
+ Drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and support change management and communication strategies.
+ Coordinate with HR workstreams and business stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and steering committees.
+ Prepare executive updates and presentations and support change management and communication initiatives.
**About you**
**Experience:**
+ Previous experience in Project Management Office, HR operations, or similar role.
+ Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
**Soft and technical skills:**
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, adaptable with strong stakeholder management skills.
+ Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
+ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
+ Detail-oriented with ability to see big picture.
+ Knowledge of HR processes, systems and digital transformation is advantageous, but not mandatory.
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
**Education:**
+ Master's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
+ Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are advantageous.
**Languages:**
+ Fluent English.
