Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a HR Operations Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a dynamic and fast-paced HR team.
This role focuses on supporting HR transactions, maintaining accurate data in multiple systems, and providing administrative and logistical support across the employee lifecycle. The position includes manual data entry, cross-functional coordination, and reporting through PowerPoint. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Atlanta.
Daily Duties:
* Process onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and employee changes in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain data integrity in HR systems, including SAP and MSO, and update internal trackers
* Collect and verify I-9 documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant policies
* Partner with IT, Payroll, and Talent teams to coordinate employee set-up and transitions
* Respond to internal inquiries through shared HR inboxes with professionalism and urgency
* Organize and maintain digital employee files and audit documentation
* Create and update presentations in PowerPoint and track data using Excel (pivot tables)
* Support HR projects related to documentation, SOP development, and data cleanup
* Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
* Coordinate follow-ups and ensure accountability across departments for HR processes
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or administrative HR support
* Strong attention to detail and comfort handling high volumes of manual data entry
* Experience using SAP (older version), with plans to transition to SuccessFactors
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (Cornerstone preferred) and Salesforce
* Highly organized with strong communication and multitasking skills
* Adaptable, team-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
* Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
Additional Details:
* Location: Hybrid - Midtown Atlanta (2 days onsite, 3 remote)
* Type: Long-term contract with potential to convert to full-time
* Start Date: ASAP
* Dress Code: Business casual
* Tools: SAP, MSO, Salesforce, Cornerstone, Microsoft Office
* Compensation: $28-$33/hr
* Training: On-the-job support provided
