Human Resources Officer (Pre-Opening)

ANdAZ Gold Coast

At ANdAZ Gold Coast, we move to the rhythm of ocean light and hinterland hush.
We believe hospitality begins with our people.

Opening mid-2026 in the heart of Broadbeach, ANdAZ Gold Coast will bring 202 design-led rooms and suites, a vibrant Pool Club, layered food and beverage experiences, and a culture shaped by curiosity and connection.

As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our pre-opening team — someone who understands that culture is built deliberately, not accidentally.

This is an opportunity to help shape how ANdAZ feels from the inside out.
