**Duties and responsibilities related to the Human Resources Officer – Maternity Cover role**
+ Being integral part of the recruitment process e.g. posting vacancy advertisements, assisting with candidate selection, scheduling and coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, preparing new starter documents
+ Being the first point of contact for all new starters and coordinating their on-boarding process
+ Assisting with training preparation and administration
+ Providing support on general HR ad-hoc projects and audits
+ Ensuring that paper and electronic employee files are up to date, all data necessary to ensure legal compliance is in order, for example documents confirming employee’s eligibility to be employed in the UK
+ Assisting the HR Manager with any administration tasks and projects
+ Welcoming and facilitating business and organisational changes
+ Sustaining a working environment that supports the Company’s objective of consistently treating its employees in a fair and reasonable way
**About You**
Previous experience in a premium hospitality setting is preferred. You have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. You will have knowledge of UK employment law.
