Job DescriptionSupport the end-to-end payroll functions (e.g. monthly payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF contributions, final payments etc.) for the designated business line within the BUMaintain accurate employee database and records in HRISManage and monitor the Company's attendance and leave data in HR information system (HRIS) on a daily basis to facilitate report generation for management review and payroll processingAct as contact point for staff enquiry related to Company leave policy and ESS problem shooting in order to embrace Company policy and reinforce the operation guidelines and proceduresResponsible for the administration management of staff benefit programs such as medical insurance, MPF scheme and employee compensationParticipate in preparing Compensation & Benefits related surveys and regular reportsHandle tax filing and assist with enquiries about payroll mattersPerform ad hoc project as assigned

QualificationsAssociate degree or above in Accounting, Human Resources and or relevant disciplineFluency in verbal and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on payroll experience in a sizable firmWell versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations & HR practiceGreat team player as well as effective individual contributor with good interpersonal and communicationskillsProficiency in Google Applications and MS Office ExcelExperience in managing SAP Success Factor is a mustImmediately available is highly preferred
