The Role

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your colleagues. The HR Officer is responsible to assist the Director of Human Resources in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support employee relations and performance management activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects and initiatives.

Ideally with a relevant University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration along with proficiency in MS Office, AI and HR systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-taskIdeally with a relevant University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration along with proficiency in MS Office, AI and HR systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
