Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trade, administrative, and leadership roles
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance and retention
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including workers' compensation and FMLA
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Promote a culture of safety and collaboration in coordination with the safety and operations teams
Lead performance review processes and support career development initiatives
Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with employment laws and OSHA regulations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plus
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and workforce development programs

Bachelors

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
