D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager - Marketing Technology. The right candidate will lead routine Human Resource functions for the corporate Marketing Technology department in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Partner with Marketing Technology leadership and Corporate Human Resources to understand and execute the department’s talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting and retention
Manage the talent acquisition process in conjunction with the D.R. Horton Careers team which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Provide support to management and other staff when employee related questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing guidance, proposing solutions, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
Ensure managers are aware of and compliant in exercising company policies relating to management responsibilities
Verify all Human Resources policies are followed
Continue and establish practices that encourage a culture where dedicated and driven employees are celebrated, supported, and given opportunities for advancement
Analyze workforce data and trends (turnover, engagement, performance) to provide insights and recommendations that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Manager roles
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism in all situations
Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce management principles in a multi-state and distributed workforce environment
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence leaders and navigate complex employee matters
Preferred Qualifications
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
