- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of in the Human Resources Department, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose and Values throughout the hotel.

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality/Tourism management;
- Minimum 1 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
