**Description:** **The Role** The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, colleague on-boarding, recognition, benefits, leadership development and training. This position will report to the Human Resources Director.
