Human Resources Manager

Drive human resources strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment by partnering with leadership to implement initiatives that achieve organizational objectives. As a Manager, Human Resources at Spectrum, you'll combine HR mastery and industry knowledge to evaluate and resolve complex issues in a fast paced environment. Your work will directly support Spectrum's ability to meet business goals.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Partner with leadership to design and implement short and long term HR strategies that support organizational objectives and simplify the customer experienceProvide consultative HR support to managers and supervisors, including guidance on performance management, employee development and organizational changeEnsure legal compliance with all applicable federal state and local employment laws, including Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments ActOversee employee relations by conducting investigations, managing escalated issues including ethics reports, and ensuring company policies are administered fairly and consistentlyOversee recruiting, staffing, onboarding and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity, Federal Communications Commission and affirmative action requirementsManage HR operations including payroll and commission processing, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers compensation claims, HRIS maintenance and HR communicationsLead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations and enterprise taskforces, and manage departmental budget and expenses

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, related field or equivalent

Experience

5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
