Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will serve as the on-site HR leader for a growing manufacturing facility, owning the full scope of HR operations and acting as a key partner to site leadership and global HR. This role is highly visible and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and building out talent pipelines to support continued growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume and skilled manufacturing roles.Manage employee relations and conduct workplace investigations.Oversee compensation and benefits administration and provide support for payroll as needed.Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the site.Operate as the primary HR leader on the ground, balancing day-to-day tactical execution with longer-term strategic impact.Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals while tailoring HR practices to meet the needs of the local workforce.Essential SkillsHuman resources management experience, particularly in manufacturing environments.Proficiency in recruiting, especially building pipelines and filling high-demand manufacturing roles.Experience in employee relations, including handling investigations and managing performance issues.HR generalist leadership experience with site-level ownership.Ability to operate effectively in a low-structure, fast-growth environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications6+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.Strong communication and influencing skills with both leadership and hourly employees.Ability to balance corporate alignment with local site needs.Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight.Work Environment
This is a fully onsite role based in a manufacturing setting. The environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and growth-oriented, with a mix of hourly and salaried employees. The HR Manager will support a site that is actively scaling, requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to be visible on the floor and engaged with employees at all levels. The culture is practical and team-oriented, emphasizing getting things done rather than operating within rigid policies or heavy bureaucracy.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
