**Recruitment & Staffing**
+ Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
+ Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding processes.
+ **Training & Development**
+ Design and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and service quality.
+ Support career development and succession planning.
+ **Employee Relations**
+ Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts fairly.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
+ **Performance Management**
+ Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
+ Provide coaching and feedback to staff and department heads.
+ **Policy & Compliance**
+ Draft and enforce HR policies and procedures.
+ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
+ **Compensation & Benefits**
+ Manage payroll, benefits, and salary structures in line with market standards.
+ Recommend competitive compensation packages to retain talent.
**Qualifications:**
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ **Experience** : Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably in hospitality.
+ **Skills** : Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and training program development.
+ **Languages** : Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus in international hotel settings.
