Position Summary:
We’re looking for a People Partner to join our U.S. Power Systems business, supporting the Mankato manufacturing team. This is a strategic HR role where you’ll partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that enable business success and create an exceptional employee experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.Lead talent and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring diversity and readiness for future leadership needs.Coach managers on performance management and career development.Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and Rolls-Royce policies, promoting ethical practices and data privacy.Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years experience.Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years experience.PhD/JDIn lieu of degree, 9+ years experience in HR, Business Administration or related fieldIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentPreferred Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience, ideally as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.Experience supporting non-union populations in a complex, matrixed organization.Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.Rolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
