A Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing first\-class employee relations services to the Human Resources Manager and management team to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy\. **What will I be doing?** As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of first‑class human resources and employee relations services to the hotel, supporting the senior management team, and ensuring an excellent staff experience\. The role includes overseeing HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, training, and cost management in line with company policies and legal requirements\.
