Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities + Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. + Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent. + Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. + Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. + Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. + Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. + Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. + Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. + Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. + Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management. Work Environment The position involves working in both office and manufacturing settings, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Kentucky. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
