Human Resources Manager

Volt is immediately hiring for a Human Resources Manager (Food Manufacturing) in Chatsworth, CA. 

As a HR Manager, you will: 

Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and evolve organizational structures to meet future talent needs. Talent Development: Champion career growth, succession planning, and performance excellence. Recruitment & Onboarding: Build robust talent pipelines and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences. Compensation & Benefits: Shape competitive pay structures and manage payroll and benefits with precision. Safety & Risk Management: Lead initiatives that ensure a safe, compliant, and resilient workplace. Compliance Leadership: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and drive proactive policy updates. Employee Relations: Foster a positive, inclusive culture and resolve workplace issues with integrity. HR Systems & Analytics: Leverage data to inform decisions and optimize HR operations. Global Coordination: Collaborate with international teams and manage immigration processes.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. 

The ideal candidate will have:

Bilingual fluency in Mandarin/Chinese and English (required) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws Financial acumen in budgeting and vendor management Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills Experience in multicultural and cross-border environments is a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
