The Human Resources Manager at Alila Ubud plays a critical role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of human resources. This role partners with department heads and senior leadership to lead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while upholding Alila and Hyatt’s purpose: “We care for people so they can be their best.”
Requirement:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
· Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Experience within luxury or lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar platforms).
· Experience in talent acquisition, learning development, industrial relations, and performance management.
· Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
· High emotional intelligence with a genuine passion for people and well-being.
· Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
· Respecting local community and supporting local activities.
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
