Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for executing HR strategies that support the organization’s goals. This role provides expert advice on HR policies and practices, promotes employee engagement, and drives talent development across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to identify and implement HR initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.Ensure HR policies and programs within the assigned area support employee engagement, retention, and performance.Provide coaching and support to managers on HR matters such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.Analyze HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration with Centers of Excellence and promoting HR innovation.Collaborate with the labor union on the annual updates of collective bargaining agreements.Ensure the implementation and continuity of legal requirements related to labor matters, as well as maintain effective labor relations with employees.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English.

Oversees employee relations programs and advises managers on best practices.Monitors key metrics such as retention and satisfaction.Updates and improves procedures for grievances, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Talent Management

Supports recruitment strategies and evaluates candidate fit.Coordinates recognition programs and succession planning.Identifies development needs and tracks high-potential talent.
