Human Resources Manager

Airswift has been tasked to invite an experienced Human Resources Manager to consider a role with one of our clients with multiple assets in manufacturing and oil and gas. Based in Samut Prakarn, the core responsibility is to deliver the full spectrum of human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and development Attract and hire great talent to support the growth of the company Support employees and managers in understanding and adapting to changes in the business/workplace environment Lead ongoing HR projects to support and help improve businesses processes Interacts with project team members/engineers from other departments to address Human Resources concerns/requirements. Conduct analytical review of complex progress reports in order to systematically identify issues and from there, address these issues in a timely manner. Mentors the junior staff within the department and motivates them for career development
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university Minimum of 10 years' HR generalist management experience Experience in human resources in the manufacturing or petrochemical industry Experienced in working with senior management in Asia Strategic thinking and execution ability to set direction and shape future development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively
