Reporting directly to the President & CEO you will play a key role in shaping people practices, fostering engagement, and aligning talent strategy with company growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help scale the business while safeguarding its values.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and termination. Develop and implement HR policies, compensation plans, wellness programs, and performance management systems. Partner with senior leadership to plan headcount, build succession strategies, and align HR initiatives with business goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and act as a trusted advisor on workplace matters. Human Resources Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial environment. HR designation (CHRP/CHRL/CHRE or equivalent) is required. Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and policy development. Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a passion for organizational development.
