Position Summary:
The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across the Bioscience and Water (BWF) Division.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner closely with business leaders to understand challenges and design HR programs that drive results.
+ Lead performance management initiatives, succession planning, and talent reviews to nurture and develop our workforce.
+ Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
+ Manage employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary processes, to maintain a respectful and fair work environment.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
+ 6 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
+ Skilled facilitator with experience leading group discussions and employee engagement initiatives.
+ A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Competitive Compensation:
+ Salaried exempt range for this role is $88,000 minimum of the range - $146,400 maximum of range
+ Participation in Annual Incentive Program
