Job SummaryThe Human Resources Intern will support the HR department by assisting with daily administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This internship provides a hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to learn about human resource management practices while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Main Responsibilities Assist with the onboarding process for new employees Manage and oversee the monthly insurance billing process Support the planning and coordination of company events Provide administrative and clerical support to the department Scan, index, and organize documents and files into OnBase Contribute to special projects as assigned Perform other duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience RequirementsMust be actively working towards a college degree
