This is your opportunity to explore the full spectrum of HR and People & Culture in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. As HR intern at Devoteam, you will collaborate with us on different projects.
But first who are we as a team ?
We are a team of 9 experienced HR professionals organized to deliver the best services to our employees and managers. Jan, Bianca, Titia and Gaël are focusing on the payroll, compensation & benefits function as well as the administrative support to our employees. Sabrina, Eva, Robin and Tom are our HR Business Partners. They are focusing on employee satisfaction, performance & talent management, career support, health and well being for each of their departments. Sophie, as People & Culture Director Belgium will be there to guide you.
What could your HR internship look like ?
You will support us on different key projects that will be part of our 2026 Strategy (Health & Well-being strategy, implementation of new Belgian legislation into our processes and practices, further development of career & training tracks, further building our culture, etc)
Support in boosting employee engagement at Devoteam Belgium – assisting in organising events, wellbeing initiatives, and recognition programs.
Contribute to HR operations – support our team with data management or policy updates.
Enhance our employer branding – create inspiring content for our career platforms and social media, work on the different employer branding initiatives
Learn and grow – gain exposure to performance management, talent development, and our People strategy.
QualificationsDo you recognize yourself in our ideal profile ?
You are a last year student in Psychology, HR, Internal Communications, or equivalent
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a real passion for HR and people
You have a high degree of curiosity combined with strong organisational skills and the willingness to achieve results
You are an excellent communicator
You have a high energy level and your positive vibes are contagious
Integrity and discretion are key elements for you
You have a great sense of collaboration and a flexible mindset
Attention to detail is a second nature for you
You master English, Dutch and/or French
