Human Resources Intern (6 months) – EAME Regional Office (Zurich)

Your Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support a variety of strategic and operational Human Resources initiatives across the EAME region. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, while contributing to projects that enhance the colleague experience and support Hyatt’s continued growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders, gaining exposure to areas such as Training Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, policy design and internal communications. The role also provides an opportunity to contribute to innovative, forward-thinking initiatives, including the exploration of AI-driven solutions within HR.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in Switzerland and be able to work from the EAME Regional Office in Zurich three days per week. This six-month internship is open to third- or fourth-year students aswell as recent graduates and is expected to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, engagement, and overall colleague experience

Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, tools, and resources across the region

Assist with Total Rewards initiatives, including research, benchmarking, and documentation

Support talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment activities

Assist in exploring and implementing innovative solutions, including AI-driven tools, to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency

Your Qualifications Experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong interest in Human Resources and people-focused initiatives

Interest in innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, within an HR context

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools or systems is a plus
