As an **HRBP Manager** , you will collaborate with our extended HR team and business leaders to refine, lead, and deliver our team and talent strategy. Daily, you will use your leadership and HR expertise to introduce and drive HR programs, practices, and policies aligned to ADP's culture that drive key business results. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** _Responsibilities_
**What you can expect on a typical day:**
1. **Deliver Strategic and Sustainable HR Solutions.** Partner with business and HR leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective implementation and responsiveness to changing business needs.
2. **Build Leadership Capability and Internal Partnerships.** Coach managers on team and individual issues, facilitate talent reviews, and collaborate with key internal partners—including Employment Law and Org Development—to achieve shared objectives.
3. **Leverage Data, Ensure Compliance, and Mitigate Risk** . Analyze HR metrics to drive informed decisions, monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and proactively identify and address risks to maintain legal and ethical standards.
4. **Lead Conflict Resolution, Associate Relations, and Grievance Management.** Serve as a neutral facilitator for workplace conflicts, address associate grievances, and resolve labor relations issues through fair, consistent, and confidential processes.
5. **Drive Change Readiness and Stakeholder Engagement.** Prepare, support, and guide leaders and associates through organizational change, ensuring open communication, smooth transitions, and successful adoption of new initiatives.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE** **:** _Required Qualifications_
+ 5+ years HR Business Partner or HR Generalist work experience within a large global organization
+ Expert employee/associate relations background and experience
+ Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
**Bonus points for these:** _Preferred Qualifications_
+ Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or related field
+ Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities
+ Proven ability to manage change
+ Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
+ Skillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomes
