Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join their team. As a Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will be part of the Employee Care team supporting McKesson employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for enhancing the employee experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Professional

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00

Shift: Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern

What's the Job?

Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies. Provide direct resolutions or route inquiries to relevant departments. Respond promptly and empathetically to employee questions. Navigate multiple HR systems to assist employees effectively. Document cases thoroughly and communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center, case management, HR, or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; ServiceNow experience preferred. Ability to navigate multiple technology tools including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
