Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to lead key HR functions, including benefits, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless introduction to the organization.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support ongoing growth.
• Establish and enforce company policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Design and execute employee recognition programs to sustain engagement and morale.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, updating practices as needed.
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee records and streamline administrative processes.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, offering support and solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their applications.
• Expertise in onboarding processes and employee training programs.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage HR functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
