Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance to both employees and management. Responsibilities: + Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company values + Advise management and employees on HR policy, employee relations, and workplace best practices + Administer employee benefits programs + Manage and support employee performance review process and facilitate feedback efforts + Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations + Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation + Lead employee engagement initiatives + Support management in organizational planning, compensation benchmarking, and succession planning + Drive company culture initiatives, including recognition programs and team-building activities Requirements • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and external entities. • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to support HR operations. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges. • Ability to foster collaboration within teams and maintain a positive work environment. • Experience with HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting. • Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding practices.
