Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Holtsville, New York. This role is essential in managing all HR-related operations, including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring the seamless implementation of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, addressing workplace concerns and promoting a supportive environment.
• Administer payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize available resources.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems to streamline and manage HR operations effectively.
• Enhance onboarding processes by ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related policies and procedures.
• Monitor and address performance management needs, including evaluations and employee development.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Foster open communication across all levels of the company to promote trust and engagement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
