Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations within their organization. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in employee relations, benefits management, recruitment, and workforce development. Joining the team in New York, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees. • Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries to ensure understanding and satisfaction. • Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive workplace. • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline HR operations and data management. • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market standards. • Lead learning and development initiatives to promote employee growth and career advancement. • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring adherence to regulations. • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency and engagement. Please reach out to Kimberly Chorba on LinkedIn for more information Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience in a creative environment, preferably within HR management. • UK exposure a must • Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution. • Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and utilizing them for operational efficiency. • Solid understanding of benefits administration and compensation structures. • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle multiple HR functions effectively. • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements. • Proven ability to lead learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
