Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced and innovative Human Resources Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead initiatives that will enhance employee engagement, foster a strong organizational culture, and drive strategic HR solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on leadership to create a positive and high-performing workplace. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership to shape and strengthen the organizational culture in alignment with core values and mission. • Guide and support managers in handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency. • Oversee HR platforms and systems to ensure a seamless and employee-focused experience across all HR functions. • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, accountability, and collaboration. • Streamline HR processes, including onboarding and career development, to empower employees and managers. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining practical and employee-centered policies. • Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including creating leadership development programs. • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and align them with business objectives. • Champion growth opportunities and learning programs that prepare employees for future success. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or director-level role. • Demonstrated ability to transform workplace cultures and drive organizational change. • Strong expertise in employee relations, HR systems, and compliance practices. • Proficiency in HR platforms and tools, including HRIS systems. • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. • Proven track record in talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term goals and day-to-day operations.
