The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits management, Responsibilities: • Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. • Oversee human resources administration tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. • Develop and manage benefit programs, including enrollment and communication with employees. • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires. • Drive talent acquisition efforts by managing recruitment strategies and processes. • Implement succession planning initiatives to prepare for future leadership needs. • Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning and development. • Provide guidance and support to managers on human resources policies and best practices. • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
