Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Spokane. In this role, you will be the crucial link between the recruitment manager and the Talent Acquisition team. Your main focus will be on candidate review, performance appraisals, and succession planning. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for facilitating effective communication within the team and supporting the corporate team.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the recruitment managers and the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate efficient recruitment processes
• Regularly review candidate applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Engage in large-scale talent review process and succession planning
• Utilize 9-box model for talent management and succession planning
• Collaborate with finance and IT departments to streamline HR processes
• Oversee mid-year performance reviews and ensure leadership is well-informed about the process
• Provide HR support to various industries and corporate team as needed
• Be readily available for HR-related discussions and provide in-depth knowledge and guidance to leaders
• Use UKG system for HR management and Office Suite for daily operations.
Requirements
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software is required
• Must have knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian software is essential
• Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) is crucial
• Ability to manage benefit functions effectively
• Strong communication skills are fundamental
• Must be knowledgeable in HR compliance regulations
• Proven experience in managing employee relations is expected
• Experience in handling hiring processes is required
