As an HR Global Operations Analyst in our HR Operations team, you provide essential administrative support across the employee lifecycle and play a key role in HR-related projects. You work closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and confidential HR services. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help us maintain high standards and exceed expectations for our employees.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for HR projects, including process improvements, policy updates, and system implementationsAssist with issuing employment-related certificates and documentsSupport invoice processing and other administrative tasksAssist with payroll-related activitiesProvide support for employee benefits, including leave management, group insurance, retirement pension, and related mattersMonitor and follow up on employee HR queries in relevant systemsSupport reporting and management of employee right to workHandle ad hoc requests and general administrative duties as assignedEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local labor lawsCollaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR servicesPerform other HR administrative tasks as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1 year of experience in HR administration or operations,Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to organize and prioritize workload, manage multiple priorities in parallel, and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
