Astria Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team! 

 

This is not a remote position and will support the entire organization. Homebase is in Sunnyside, WA.

 

Shift for this role is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 04:30pm.

 

What you get to do every day!

 

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and employee development. This role serves as the liaison between employees and management, ensuring that HR-related tasks are efficiently handles in accordance with company policies and labor laws. You will:

 

Manage and track onboarding processes, including the facilitation of new hire orientation HRIS system administration, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing HR functionalityPropose and manage projects, including implementation and optimization of HR processesAddress employee concerns and grievances by providing guidance on policies and workplace issues Lead and conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances or misconduct, providing comprehensive reports outlining finding and any corrective and preventative measures. Provides support to both managers and employees in performance management; assisting with the development of corrective action and performance improvement plantsMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment lawCollaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.Perform other duties as assignedBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (or) 5 years experience preferably in the healthcare sectorStrong knowledge employment regulations and HR best practicesProficiency is HR software and MS SuiteOral and written fluency in the English language

 

 

Preferred Qualifications and Education.

 

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHRExperience in labor and employee relations
