Job Title: Human Resources Generalist I

Job Description:

Generalist I supports overall department: HRIS, benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; occupational health and safety. Seeking self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness and must be customer service oriented.

Development and management of employee training (onboarding and continuous education)Support Annual Review process with managers (annual merit increase)401k/Roth management and supportResponsible for recognition and morale programVerification of EmploymentBenefits supportCoordinating recruitmentOnboarding and exit interviewsAll facets of required HR reportingUpdate internal postingsProvide back-up support for entering and maintaining new employees and all changes in HRIS platformFiling, scanning, auditing and data entryPerform other tasks and projects as needed and assigned by manager

Skills & Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred2-4 years of experience utilizing Paycom or similar HRIS software is requiredManufacturing industry experience Proficient use of Microsoft Office including a minimum of intermediate Excel experience requiredBilingual in Spanish is preferredMust possess strong English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a positive and courteous mannerStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completionAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environmentJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newberg, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.84/hr.
