Job Description
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a people-first culture. This role provides hands-on support across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training coordination. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate training sessions and support continuous employee development.Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Essential Our Client

This position is 100% on-site in Auburn, WA, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role operates in a manufacturing environment and requires working in both warehouse and office spaces. The organization is a non-profit social enterprise focused on supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to re-entering the workforce. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
