The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a people-first culture, providing hands-on support across the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training coordination. This position is 100% on-site in Auburn, WA, within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working in a hybrid-like manner between warehouse and office spaces. The organization is a non-profit social enterprise focusing on supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to re-entering the workforce. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
