Responsibilities
Attendance Tracking & HR AdministrationMonitor and maintain daily employee attendance records, including absences, tardiness, and leave requests.Audit timesheets and attendance logs for accuracy and policy compliance.Partner with supervisors to address attendance concerns and support corrective action processes when necessary.Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.Recruiting & OnboardingCoordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and ensuring a smooth selection process.Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a seamless first-day experience.Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure timely status updates for candidates.Employee SupportServe as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, time off, and general HR inquiries.Provide guidance to employees on benefits, company procedures, and available resources.Support employee relations by helping address concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.Contribute to a positive workplace culture and help foster strong employee engagement.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Excel and data entry.Experience in HR and administrative support.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Turlock, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
