The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, personnel record keeping, and handling matters related to workers' compensation and disability. This role involves applying employment laws and regulations in contexts such as hiring, discipline, training, and equal opportunity. The HR Generalist reports to the Director of Operations and may perform additional functions as assigned.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.25 - $34.00/hr.
