DescriptionThe Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits and payroll support, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is an approachable, detail‑oriented professional who can build strong relationships and communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
Essential ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders by addressing questions related to benefits, policies, timekeeping, and general HR procedures.Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.Provide guidance to leaders on promotions, terminations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Document and track all disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.Support benefits administration, including monitoring eligibility, processing enrollments/changes, and assisting employees with benefit‑related inquiries.Coordinate and facilitate the full onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and presentation of company policies and benefits.Maintain HR communication boards for headquarters, field, and remote employees.Prepare and distribute weekly HR reports, including rosters, PTO balances, and other HR metrics.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document tracking, copying, mail distribution, and ordering HR supplies.Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across all functional HR areas.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain and update personnel files and process HR documentation accurately within the HRIS (ADP).Support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 preparation.Required Skills & ExperienceTop Skills:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
