Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our HR operations and benefits administration. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting our employee-centric culture.

Responsibilities

Support benefits administration, including new hire benefits approval and employee follow-through.Manage Qualifying Life Event (QLE) benefits approval and employee follow-through.Oversee COBRA reporting and administration through a third-party vendor.Handle Evidence of Insurability (EOI) approvals and end-user follow-through.Audit benefits coverage against invoices at least quarterly.Support wellness program planning and execution, including bio-screening and vitality points uploading.Manage wellness reimbursements and process vitality wellness discounts monthly in collaboration with payroll.Own, build, and troubleshoot automated reporting from HRIS.Conduct quarterly supervisor audits and manage employee data changes.Oversee annual and mid-year promotions and transfers.Ensure compliance with labor law poster requirements at job sites and offices.Provide ad hoc BI reporting and data auditing/troubleshooting.Answer basic employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and more.

Essential Skills

2+ years of HR experience.Basic knowledge of benefits and payroll/payroll deductions.Proficiency in HRIS systems like UKG and Workday.Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in employee benefits administration and reporting.Familiarity with payroll systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
