Job Title: Human Resources Generalist - Global People & Culture
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Specialist within the Global People & Culture department. You will play a pivotal role in resolving HR issues, providing expert guidance, and ensuring that our client groups receive timely and accurate services, support, and communications. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate HR Change Management activities and collaborate with HR Business Partners, ensuring the smooth rollout of organizational initiatives and changes.
Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day HR support to client groups, including responding to employee inquiries and advising stakeholders on HR-related matters.Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization.Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and electronic files to ensure accuracy.Assist with offboarding processes, including initiating terminations, preparing exit communications, and coordinating exit surveys.Support Talent Acquisition activities by validating role designations for new requisitions.Monitor and manage HR inboxes for Separations, Role Designation, and DocuSign.Assist with global HR processes, including the preparation of PEO documentation and salary amendments.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Global People & Culture stakeholders to support HR initiatives and drive process improvements.Provide administrative and project support, including data collection, document preparation, and reporting.Contribute to HR communications and engagement efforts, ensuring employees and managers are informed of policy updates and process changes.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the HR function.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Familiarity with HR systems and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Global HR experience preferred.Experience with UKG systems.Work Environment
This is a hybrid work environment with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite per week. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility on when to be onsite. You will be part of a supportive team that includes 2 HR Business Partners and reports to a leader. You will be supporting multiple stakeholders.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rockville, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.66 - $45.67/hr.
