The Role

As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll serve as the primary HR resource for a dynamic team of 170 employees across multiple states. This position offers a unique blend of operational and strategic responsibilities, with approximately 70% payroll-focused (ADP) and 30% HR administration.

Manage weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADPSupport core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relationsAssist with union audits and ensure compliance with labor agreementsLead open enrollment and benefits auditsMaintain accurate HR records and ensure timely communication

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of payroll experience in ADPExperience with multi-state payroll and union environments (preferred)Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
